Product overview

ASERRO™-SP Tablet is a fixed-dose combination formulated to provide multimodal relief from pain, inflammation and swelling associated with musculoskeletal conditions and postoperative pain. The combination pairs an NSAID (Aceclofenac) with Paracetamol (an analgesic/antipyretic) and Serratiopeptidase (a proteolytic enzyme) to address pain, inflammation and inflammatory exudates together.

Indications / Uses

  • Short-term relief of pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal and joint disorders
  • Symptomatic management of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
  • Post-operative pain and inflammation

Benefits

The combination delivers multimodal analgesia: Aceclofenac reduces inflammation and pain via inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis; Paracetamol provides additional central analgesic and antipyretic effects; Serratiopeptidase helps reduce local swelling and may speed recovery by breaking down inflammatory exudates. Taken together they can provide faster and more complete symptomatic relief than single-agent therapy in appropriate patients.

How it works

Aceclofenac (NSAID) reduces synthesis of prostaglandins, lowering inflammation and pain. Paracetamol works centrally to reduce pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down abnormal protein deposits and inflammatory exudates at the inflamed site, facilitating resolution of swelling.

Dosage & administration

Use ASERRO™-SP exactly as prescribed by your healthcare professional. Do not chew, crush or break the tablet — swallow whole with water. It is recommended to take it with or after food (or milk) to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort. Follow the prescribed duration — prolonged or unnecessary use increases the risk of adverse effects.
